Adela Demetja is an artist, curator, writer and producer born in Tirana; she lives between
Tirana, Albania and Frankfurt am Main, Germany. She combines poetry with sound, video, photography and performance Her poems have been included as part of performative
exhibitions in Albania and in the United States.

We belong together
like things
the sea brings at shore
A child in a sunny afternoon
finds them laying next to each other
Takes them home
hangs them above his bed
To never think of their past again
